Carousel Linens, Inc. rents tablecloths, napkins, table skirting and associated products to individuals and organizations for one usage, on one day, at our regular published prices. Carousel will, under normal circumstances, deliver linen orders during regular business hours the day prior to the event and pick up soiled linen the first day following the event. Delivery and pick up will normally be made during regular business hours. (8 am - 6 pm) During certain peak use periods Carousel may be required to schedule special same day deliveries and/or pickups to maximize our ability to serve our customers. Customers will provide event start and completion times upon request to aid in delivery and pickup scheduling. Customers agree to dedicate a secure area within their place of business, or at the site of the event, to facilitate the pick up of the soiled linen. This area must be available during regular business hours the day immediately following the event. Customers understand that rented property removed from a location by an individual, rental company, or any other unauthorized agent, other than Carousel Linen, does not limit their liability under the terms of this agreement. Any linen which is unavailable for pick up the day following the event is subject to an additional rental charge at the rate of one half of one rental per day. Customers understand and accept that rental items not returned, or returned damaged as to prohibit their subsequent use, will be billed a replacement cost which will become part of the invoice and payable within the terms of this agreement. This replacement charge is in addition to the regular rental charge for the item. Customers who pick up linen from our warehouse or use rented property outside Carousel's normal delivery area agree to return any and all rented property the first business day following the event use date by the previously agreed upon method. Orders not returned on time will be subject to an additional rental charge at the rate of one half of one rental per day. This statement will become part of the rental agreement on each and every order.
